Three of Pentacles

Three of Pentacles

Pentacles

Essence

I am the craftsman whose work is reviewed. In my image, a stonemason works on a cathedral arch while a monk and noble consult plans behind him. Three pentacles are carved into the stone above. This is collaboration - the skilled worker, the patron, the planner - each contributing what they do best. The cathedral rises because we work together.

Upright

Themes: Teamwork, collaboration, craftsmanship, skill, learning, apprenticeship, planning, recognition, building together.

I speak with the voice of collaborative achievement. I am about teamwork, skilled work recognized, creating something together that none could make alone. When I appear, I announce that your skills are needed and valued. Work with others. Accept feedback. The cathedral isn't built by one pair of hands. **Themes:** Teamwork, collaboration, craftsmanship, skill, learning, apprenticeship, planning, recognition, building together.

Reversed

Themes: Poor teamwork, lack of recognition, mediocre work, no collaboration, working at cross purposes, skills ignored.

I speak of collaboration failing or work unrecognized. Either the team isn't functioning, your skills are ignored, or the work suffers from poor coordination. My reversed message asks: is the collaboration real? Are the right people involved? **Themes:** Poor teamwork, lack of recognition, mediocre work, no collaboration, working at cross purposes, skills ignored.
